If the customer complains about any situation during the stay, he agrees not to request any compensation or refund of fees in case he uses the service partially or to the end. 7.3 It is the duty of care of the bona fide customer to inform the authority in writing about the issues that the customer complains about during the performance of the service. Although the customer is complaining, using the service to the fullest without notifying the facility authorities eliminates his rights such as substitution service and refund of fees related to the complaint issues. 7.4.
